Specialised Support Services (WA)

We specialise in trauma-informed coordination for individuals with complex mental health needs, AOD challenges, neurodiversity, and neurological conditions—recognising that these often stem from unresolved trauma, not personal weakness. Our holistic approach goes beyond surface-level support, building deep rapport and tailored solutions that foster genuine recovery, independence, and lasting wellbeing.

We deliver trauma-informed, client-centered coordination of NDIS and mainstream supports, grounded in the understanding that the vast majority of mental health and addiction challenges stem from unresolved trauma. Our approach asks “What happened to you?” rather than “What’s wrong with you?”, recognizing that a diagnosis is not a definitive label—it’s a clinical guide that helps us understand the depth of a person’s lived experience and how those experiences have shaped their coping strategies, relationships, and daily functioning.

Addictions, for example, are not signs of weakness or failure—they are adaptive mechanisms that individuals use to survive overwhelming emotional pain. We reject judgment and stigma, and instead focus on building safety, trust, and empowerment through tailored support arrangements that reflect each client’s full story.

We take a truly holistic approach to support coordination—one that considers every facet of a person’s life, not just isolated symptoms or service needs. We work collaboratively with clients to understand their physical health, emotional wellbeing, social connections, housing, routines, cultural identity, and personal goals—because meaningful change only occurs when the whole person is seen, heard, and supported.

Unlike many providers who focus narrowly on one aspect of a person’s life—such as housing access, behavioural management, or short-term crisis response—we dedicate time to truly understand our clients. This depth of engagement allows us to build genuine rapport, tailor supports with precision, and advocate effectively across systems.

Our coordination is not just about linking services—it’s about improving lives. By integrating trauma-informed principles with operational clarity and clinical insight, we help clients build capacity, promote independence, and achieve meaningful, lasting outcomes. The happiness and wellbeing of our clients is our highest priority, and every support arrangement is designed to reflect that
