I provide all SC services, from Level 1 Recovery Coaching through to level 3 specialist support coordination for the more complex cases.

At the present time, my services are available to those who are plan-managed/self-managed. Should you currently be NDIA managed but interested in my services, please contact me and i would be happy to explain the process of changing to plan managed if this is what you would like to do; It is a very simple process.

Location

I am based in Alkimos and service everywhere between Two Rocks and Rockingham

Hours

Monday to Friday; 8am - 5pm, Saturday's 10am-2pm.
