At Specialised Support Services (WA), we provide person-centred Support Coordination and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching tailored to each participant’s unique goals, needs, and circumstances. Our approach goes beyond simply connecting services — we focus on building strong, sustainable support networks that empower individuals to live more independent, meaningful, and fulfilling lives.

We are passionate about supporting people living with mental health conditions, psychosocial disability, and complex support needs. With a strong focus on trauma-informed and recovery-oriented practice, we work closely with participants, families, clinical teams, and providers to ensure supports are practical, appropriate, and genuinely outcome-focused.

Our team specialises in navigating both NDIS and mainstream systems, including housing pathways, crisis support, service transitions, and complex care coordination. Through advocacy, strategic planning, and ongoing collaboration, we help participants build confidence, strengthen capacity, and improve overall wellbeing and stability.

Our Services Include:
• Level 1 Psychosocial Recovery Coaching
• Level 2 Support Coordination
• Level 3 Specialist Support Coordination
• Coordination of NDIS and mainstream supports
• Housing pathway navigation and advocacy
• Crisis support and stabilisation planning
• Change of circumstances and reassessment support
• Capacity-building and independence-focused strategies
• Trauma-informed and culturally responsive coordination
• Collaboration with clinical teams and service providers

Becky has been amazing supporting our family. NDIS can be a minefield. Becky takes a holistic approach finding the right therapists, organising coordination meetings and suggesting supports to achieve her client’s goals. Thank you Becky for all your work so far. Very excited to achieve great things this year.

I would very much like to let it be known that Becky Wood did an absolutely amazing job - doing all that needed to be done - to allow me to spend time with my Mum for her 95th birthday - and also other family members who I haven't seen for a long long time - especially my brother Harry - and definitely not to be forgetting my long time (since I was 18) best friend. I was very lucky to be able to have my very good friend come to see me TWICE from Brisbane. So I am extremely happy to give my utmost recommendation - she thoroughly deserves it !!.
